You may return your order within 30 days from the date of receipt.

The date of delivery by courier or personal submission to our office/warehouse is considered.

IMPORTANT!

Products must be in good commercial condition - packaging and documentation must not be missing, there must be no damage to the products or packaging. Opened packages with damaged factory stickers and film, and with compromised commercial condition are not accepted.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

We will refund the paid amounts within 14 days, using the same payment method used by the customer in the original transaction.

Some of the products are subject to exchange, upon prior agreement.

Return of Goods

The user has the right to return purchased goods at their own expense within 30 days from the date of purchase (delivery date). For this purpose, goods must be in their original packaging, without signs of use or damage to the commercial condition, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 55 of the Law on Consumer Protection.
Upon return of goods, the User is obliged to provide all documents certifying the purchase. "Photo Media" EOOD undertakes to refund the amount paid by the User for all returned goods, provided that the goods meet the type and conditions for return specified above.

Claims

www.simetro.com accepts claims for goods within 24 hours of receipt.

Claims are accepted only by email or phone to "Photo Media" EOOD when providing the following information and copies of documents: customer name, phone and email, as well as information about the purchased goods; name of the goods according to the goods receipt or invoice, copy of the receipt, goods receipt or invoice; order number and date – detailed description of the problem accompanied by a photo.
