Payment Methods

You can pay with:

• debit or credit card
• ePay.bg
• bank transfer
• at EasyPay cash desks
• Cash on Delivery - when receiving from courier
• cash in person at Simetro Books office

After you place an order, you will receive an email containing the details of your order. When paying by "bank transfer" please use your order number, which you received by email, as the payment reference. If you do not cite an order number, this may prevent us from linking your payment to the placed order and we will not be able to process it.

In case of cancellation or rejection of an order, we will refund the paid amounts within 14 days, and you can return the received products to us by courier at your expense.

When refunding the amount, the same payment method used by the customer in the original transaction is used.

All credit or debit card holders are subject to verification checks and authorization from the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to give you authorization for payment, we are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver.

We do not store information about your credit or debit cards.

Delivery Methods

For orders over 20 euros - free delivery to Speedy office or parcel locker.

Free delivery does not include the purchase of equipment such as cardboard, wooden and metal shelves, as well as other materials, and not final products offered on the website.

For orders of cardboard and wooden shelves - delivery is .... euros to your address or Speedy office.

For orders of metal shelves, as they are considered as bulky shipments by couriers, delivery is at recipient's expense to your address or Speedy office according to their current rates.

You can also pick up your order from Simetro Books office, by prior arrangement.

Orders placed before 15:00 are shipped the same day if the product is available in our warehouse. Orders after this time are processed on the next business day.

Delivery is made within three business days (depending on the workload of the courier company).

The offer is valid only for end customers. For merchants, delivery conditions are subject to prior agreement.
